Here are my art work.

Claude Monet's work

My painting:
This is my painting. I used Poster Paint to paint this.
It is easy to blend when the paint is still wet.
I started to love painting after I saw Claude Monet art work.
Especially pointillism and landscape.
So I tried to paint it by following the image that I’ve taken myself.

Here are my art work.

These are the two different materials that I used for my African Art.
I chose oil pastel because it is blendable and the colour is bright and soft. The rip black coloured papers around it (collage) give a good contrast which allows the colour to pop out.

I used colour pencils this.
Here it is hard to blend because the colour is not soft and as bright as the first one.

Andy Warhol's work

My art work:

At first I edited my photo by using Adobe Photoshop to make the image black and white as well as to make it look negative. After that I copied it by drawing using white chalk pastel which produced the bigger image.

Andy Warhol’s work inspires me and I came out with an idea to make my work like his, but in my own special way.

Here are my art work.

Eugene Delacroix's Work

My 2 sketches:

Descriptions:
This is my pencil sketch that I drew on a piece of A4 paper. What I like about this sketch is that, it shows different poses. On the right side I sketched Jennifer Aniston. The different light and darkness from the shadows are seen. Ferdinand Victor, also known as Eugene Delacroix, has inspired me. His work are mostly based on portraits, but most of his work are paintings. Meanwhile, I do the portrait sketch in my own way by sketching with pencil. What I need to improve in my sketch is to improve the light of the shadow on both sketches.

Tony Cragg's Work:
My 4 photos :

My Art work:
Theme: Expressions.

Colour concept: Hot and Cold.

Here, I produced 4 images derived from my own photographs that have been combined together. The reason why they look like puzzle is because I was inspired by Tony Cragg’s work like the picture shown on the far right above which is based on the ‘Hot and Cold’ concept and my own idea of arranging like a puzzle. The colour paint I used was Poster Paint.

Gillian Ayres’s Work

my art work

Descriptions:
My sketch above is based on numbers that describes my friendship with my friends. The bright colours and abstract design and shapes are my passions. I used colour pens for this art work. I started to like bright colours after seeing Gillian Ayres’s work and this inspires me to use bright colors in my work. But his work are mostly abstract but this one is numbers.

Here are my photography based on focus.

Photo taken by me

Theme : Wonder

I edited the image by using Adobe Photoshop

Model: Liyana and Laila

Here are my D&T work.

This is my Tea Light Holder.
Made from acrylic.
For the stand on the bottom are made of layered of Plywood and MDF.

First I cut the MDF and the Plywood by 50mm by 60mm. Then I cut it into the shape that I’ve planned for and stick it together by using PVA glue. When it is dried, I then varnish it.

For the Acrylic, I heat it up in the oven with a slow heat for 15mins. Then I slowly push the acrylic into a bowl so that the shape at the corner of the acrylic is bend.

Finally, to stick the stand and the acrylic, I screw it up together in the middle.

my plan, cupboard

This is the chair that I made for a child of the age of 3-7 years in my DT project. The aim was to create a chair for kids with safety comes first where the edges should be smooth and rounded. The side of the chair is made of MDF where as the seat and the back rest are made of Plywood.
